Letter of consent (If the vehicle is not in your name)
Proof of ownership (Form C or Form A)
Photocopy of DVLA certificate (Not the sticker)
Photocopy of INSURANCE certificate (Not the sticker)
Photocopy of driver's lincense (Front and Back)
photocopy of student identity (Front and Back)
Proof of Academic Registration of Courses
Special Cases:
1. If student does not bear the same surname with the car owner,
Provide a proof of relationship between owner of car and student using the car.
Example, Copy of birth Certificate, Marriage certificate or Affidavit confirming relationship
2. Learners drivers’ license not allowed
3. All documents should be renewed
