DANC 616 (CHOREOGRAPHY/PERFORMANCE (MFA)) : Dance and the Technical Theatre

This course focuses on the advanced study of principles and procedures of theatrical scenery
design, stage construction and theatre technology. It prepares students for careers in
professional technical theatre or scenic design for dance and other theatrical productions. It
will focus on areas including design concepts, construction materials and the use of
specialised equipment.
