The University of Ghana Dental School Clinic is the biggest dental clinic in Ghana with a capacity of thirty four (34) dental chairs and will in the very near future increase to seventy six (76) when the ongoing expansion works of the school building is completed. The clinic serves as the practical training center for undergraduate and graduate dental students and specialists. The Dental Clinic is focused on patient education and provides general and specialist oral health care. It serves as a major dental referral center in Ghana and West African sub-region. The clinic is staffed by consultants, specialists, residents, house officers, students, dental surgery assistants and other auxiliary staffs.
