Yoga

Yoga comes along with a low-impact physical exercise used for therapeutic, concentration and meditation purposes. Yoga is practiced by anybody at any age.Yoga classes are held as follows:

DAY TIME
Tuesdays 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Thursdays 7:00 am to 8:00 am
