Mr. Emmanuel Baidoo is the Deputy Registrar of the Research and Innovation Directorate (RID) at the University of Ghana. He is an accomplished university administrator with extensive experience in higher education management and governance.

Mr. Michael Antwi

Deputy Director of Finance (Research & Project Management)

Oversees financial strategy and management for research and project activities within the RID, ensuring compliance with financial policies and effective resource utilization.

Mr. Anthony Hommo Hofe

Mr. Hofe manages External Funds, oversees grants, monitors project budgets and spending, ensures compliance with financial policies, prepares reports, and supervises accountants working on research projects to ensure proper allocation of funds.

Ms. Mavis Awo Bimah

Assistant Accountant

Awo has more than 8 years of accounting and finance experience in the tertiary education sector, She is a certified accountant (CA) and a master of business administration (MBA) graduate with specializations in finance and accounting.

Ms. Bridget Aku Adevor

Principal Accounting Assistant

Bridget prepares regular financial reports for external projects; updates accounts via journal vouchers; coordinates with auditors; prepares annual project accounts; scans and submits payment requisitions; and performs duties assigned by the Pro VC

Mr. Agyeman Ibrahim

Principal Accounting Assistant

Ibrahim is responsible for managing all financial operations related to project activities, including processing online bank payments, handling project payroll, overseeing investments, approving donor invoices, managing ethical clearance funds, etc

Muniru performs bank reconciliations, validates payment requisitions, prepares project-specific reports, and undertakes other duties as assigned by the Senior Accountant in the Finance Directorate.

Asanatu is responsible for financial reporting on assigned projects, processing payment requests, printing cheques, filing project documents, and managing disbursement and retirement of petty cash.

Mrs. Abigail Elorm Bedzra Narh

Abigail handles project financial accounting and reporting, tax filing via the GRA portal, and accounts payable. She ensures compliance, transparency, and smooth financial operations for projects managed at RID.
