Pro Vice-Chancellor (ASA) pays a Working Visit to Accra City Campus

On Wednesday March 2, 2022, the Pro Vice-Chancellor (ASA) Prof Gordon A. Awandare paid a working visit to Accra City Campus. The visit was to afford Prof. Awandare the opportunity to familiarise himself with the facilities available on campus and to interact with staff.

He was warmly received by the Principal, Prof. Joseph Awetori Yaro and leadership of Accra City Campus who and led him on a tour of the campus to inspect some lecture halls where lectures were actively ongoing. Prof. Awandare took the opportunity to interact with lecturers and encouraged students to use the online student complaint platform to get their issues addressed. He also addressed the University’s plan to upgrade lecture halls to smart classrooms fitted with modern learning equipment in order to improve teaching and learning.

Prof. Awandare had an interactive session with the staff of Accra City Campus at the end of his visit, to deliberate on issues affecting their welfare and possible ways management can help address their challenges.
