The Turkish Ambassador, Her Excellency Özlem Ergün Ulueren paid a courtesy call on the Pro VC (ASA), Prof.Gordon Awandare, on June 20, 2022 to explore possible collaborations between the University of Ghana and the Ankara University.
This follows a prior visit by a team from the Ankara University,Turkey, led by Dr. Mohamed Hafiz of the University of Ghana, (School of Modern Languages) and facilitated by the Country Representative of Ghana, Dr. Cemil Keskin, and included Prof. Dr. Ali Rafet Özkan (Rector’s Advisor - Ankara University).
H.E. Ulueren made a generous donation of books to the University at the end of her visit.
