Celebrating Excellence: Pro Vice-Chancellor (Academic and Student Affairs) Recognized at 2025 Millennium Awards

Prof. Gordon Awandare, Pro Vice-Chancellor for Academic and Student Affairs, has been awarded the Biomedical Finding – Global Excellence Award in recognition of his remarkable contributions to biomedical research and scientific leadership across the African continent.

During the award ceremony, Prof. Awandare's groundbreaking work with the West African Centre for Cell Biology of Infectious Pathogens (WACCBIP) was praised and as part of their homage, they acclaimed:
