IMPORTANT NOTICE
FRESHMEN REGISTRATION AND RANDOM ACCOMMODATION ALLOCATION
Newly admitted students are hereby reminded to review and follow the specific directives in their admissions letters as well as the Freshmen information section on the University website https://www.ug.edu.gh/freshers/ [1] to avoid any registration challenges. Note that registration cannot be undertaken if at least 50% of the academic fees has not been paid.
Please note that successful registration is a prerequisite for eligibility in the Random Bed Allocation process at the traditional Halls only. Please ensure that you opt for Random Bed Allocation during registration in order to be considered. If you have already registered but did not opt for the Random Bed Allocation, login to your student’s account and opt for it.
Random Bed Allocation will be undertaken on Thursday, 11th January 2024 at 5:00 pm.
Students who are not interested in the Random Bed Allocation or unable to secure accommodation through the process may seek accommodation at any of the private hostels on campus and Heaven's Gate Hostel near UPSA.
