University Hospital Receives Support from Dr. Ibrahim Bedi

Dr. Ibrahim Bedi, Acting Director of Audit has donated 10 wheel chairs to the University Hospital at a brief ceremony at the Legon Campus.

Presenting the donation, Dr. Bedi said, he was moved to donate to augment the facilities at the Hospital and also to motivate the medical and support team to facilitate service delivery at the hospital, while motivating them to continue to give off their best. 

Receiving the donation, the Ag. Director of the University Health Services, Dr. Mark Edward Frimpong, said the donation was timely as the hospital was considering procuring some wheel chairs as the few available were not fully functional.  He called on other employees of the university to emulate the example of Dr. Bedi and come to the aid of the hospital.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Ebenezer Oduro Owusu, who was present at the ceremony, thanked Dr. Bedi for his kind gesture.  He acknowledged the support of the hospital in providing health services to the community.
