The Unilever IdeaTrophy Competition is a student development initiative that exemplifies Unilever’s commitment to identify and groom future leaders for business. The competition is designed to create a unique “out-of-the-class learning experience that focuses on the development of leadership and entrepreneurial competencies among undergraduates.

The Human Resource Country Lead, Fiona S.
