Professor Peter Robinson Calls on Vice-Chancellor

Professor Peter Robinson, Professor of Dental Public Health, Bristol Dental School, has paid a courtesy call on the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Ebenezer Oduro Owusu.

In his introductory remarks, Prof. Ebenezer Anno Nyako, Dean, University of Ghana Dental School, indicated that the purpose of the visit was to create awareness on the establishment of partnership with the University of Bristol to enable students of the University undertake practical work at the University of Bristol and also receive the requisite assistance in challenging areas at the Department.

The Vice-Chancellor, in brief remarks, welcomed Prof. Robinson to the University and expressed the hope that the visit to the University’s Dental School will fuel more insight on how to sustain the Dental School.

Prof. Peter Robinson expressed immense gratitude to the University for the opportunity to establish partnership in supporting the needs of students and developing their capabilities.

Rev. Prof. Patrick F. Ayeh-Kumi, Provost, College of Health Sciences also expressed his heartfelt appreciation to Prof. Robinson for his decision to establish partnership with the University’s Dental school.
