Centre For European Studies Meets with German Ambassador to Ghana

The Director of the Centre for European Studies, Professor Ransford Gyampo recently met with the German Ambassador to Ghana, His Excellency Christoph Retzlaff at the German Embassy in Accra. 

The meeting discussed areas of possible collaboration between the German Embassy in Ghana and the Centre for European Studies.  Ambassador Retzlaff, who expressed interest in the work of the Centre, commended the University of Ghana for establishing the Centre for European Studies.  He pledged support for the CES lecture series this year and hoped that there would be a fruitful collaboration with the Centre in achieving its vision.

Professor Gyampo, who was accompanied by his assistant, Samuel Okoto Amankwah, expressed gratitude to the German Ambassador for hosting the meeting. He pledged to work with all EU-Member countries in making CES a vibrant Centre for European Studies.
