The Team

The Project Team: 

DRIInC (Lead team): The consortium is represented by eight researchers and experts from the Departments of Nutrition and Food Science, Family and Consumer Sciences and Crop Science, the Livestock and Poultry Research Center, the Institute of Applied Science and Technology and the Office of Research, Innovation and Development of the University of Ghana. The research areas covered by DRIInC include but not limited to improved milk yield through improved dairy cattle feed and nutrition, milk safety and quality preservation, sensory and consumer science, value addition through new dairy products development and utilization of manure. Below are the members in the team:

Dr. Maame Yaakwaah Blay Adjei (Lecturer at Department of Nutrition and Food Science, University of Ghana). She is the Principal Investigator (PI) at DRIInC.

Dr. Angela Parry-Hanson Kunadu (Lecturer at the Department of Food and Nutrition Science.

Dr. Naalamle Amissah (Senior Lecturer in the Department of Crop Science, University of Ghana)
