Profile of Dr. Moritz Hennemann

Dr. Moritz Hennemann is from the Institute of Media and Information Law, University of Freiburg Law Faculty, Germany. He previously worked as an Attorney-at-Law at Germany’s top tier law firm Hengeler Mueller from 2014 to 2016. He focuses his research primarily on the data-driven economy and its legal framework - especially with respect to Contract Law, Data (Protection) Law, Anti-Trust Law, and Media Law. Dr. Hennemann has published prolifically on these topics - recently, inter alia, on Data and (European and German) Anti-Trust Law, Artificial Intelligence and Anti-Trust Law, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Dr. Moritz Hennemann was a Visiting Researcher at Harvard Law School for the 2018 Fall Term.

Dr. Hennemann’s lecture at the University of Ghana School of Law is part of activities of a new partnership between University of Ghana and Freiburg University.
