Research Interests
Schistosomiasis & Malaria Control 

Dr. Anto has extensive experience working in the Ghana Health Service as a Health Research Officer. He has collaborated with other researchers and conducted several researches across Ghana and Internationally. He is currently the Coordinator of the Bachelor of Public Health Programme in the School of Public Health.

  • Integrating schistosomiasis treatment into lymphatic filariasis elimination programme in rural Ghana
  • Insecticide Resistance Profiles for Malaria Vectors in the Kassena-Nankana district of Ghana
  • Using community-based volunteers to reach non-enrolled school-age children through community-directed treatment of schistosomiasis in school-age children in rural northern Ghana
