In-person

Conference participants and presenters can attend the conference in-person or virtually. The Conference will be held at the Cedi Conference Centre of the University of Ghana, Legon. All presenters, whether presenting in-person or virtually, are required to upload a 15-minute recording of their presentations to the conference organisers by 23rd July 2021 at the latest. The link for uploading presentations will be provided on 1st July 2021. Presenters who face difficulties in uploading their recorded presentations may contact mibrahim@ug.edu.gh (+233-27-7138550) for assistance.

Individuals who are physically present at the conference venue will however have the choice to make their presentations in person during their session slots or have the uploaded recordings of their presentations played. In either case, presenters are expected to be available to respond to questions and comments from conference participants after their presentations. All in-person presentations will be live-streamed to virtual participants.

Arrangements have been made to ensure that all COVID 19 safety protocols are followed for in-person participants. Face masks and hand sanitizers will be provided; hand washing facilities will be conveniently located at all the entrances, and seating will also be arranged to ensure adequate social distancing.

There is no conference registration fee.
