Dr. Samson Obed Appiah

Dr. Samson Obed Appiah, is a Lecturer in the Department of Sociology, University of Ghana and the Examinations Officer, School of Continuing and Distance Education, College of Education University of Ghana; soappiah@ug.edu.gh. He has a Bachelor’s and MPhil degrees in Sociology from the University of Ghana, Legon. He also holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Sociology (Industrial Sociology). Dr. Appiah is currently the Examinations Officer of the School of Continuing and Distance Education which is made up of the Department of Distance Education. He is also a Faculty Member of the Department of Sociology, University of Ghana, Legon. His research areas include Occupational Health and Safety among Informal Small Scale Enterprises and Industrial Sociological issues at the workplace. His greatest desire is to help resolve examination related problems of students and make sure they free access to information.
