Pass List for Mature Entrance Examination Diploma 20/21

Dear Sir/Madam,
PASS LIST FOR MATURE ENTRANCE EXAMINATIONS:
DIPLOMA 2020/2021
Please find attached the approved list of candidates who have passed the mature entrance examination for admission into Diploma Programmes for the 2020/2021 academic year. Kindly place the list on notice boards in your Centre for the attention of candidates.
Only candidates whose names appear on the list must follow the procedure below:
- Applicants who passed the entrance examination are required to purchase an e-voucher to access the University’s on-line application form.
- The e-vouchers cost GH¢200.00 and can be purchased from the following banks: Ecobank, Republic Bank, Agricultural Development Bank, Ghana Commercial Bank, Zenith Bank, Universal Merchant Bank, Consolidated Bank Ghana (CBG), Prudential Bank and Fidelity Bank.
Below are the steps for applying online:
1. Log into the application form (https://admission.ug.edu.gh/undergrad) with your Serial Number and PIN on the e-voucher.
2. Complete the biodata information
3. Complete the entry information, select Mature Applicant (Via UG Access Course) for the Entry Type, and select your application type (Diploma)
4. Complete the education information
o Select UG Mature Entry Exam for the Certificate/ Examination Type
o Enter your Mature Exam ID (e.g. SCDE/XX/20/XXXX) correctly in the Registration No./ID Number box o Enter 2020 in the Date box.
Failure to quote your Mature Exams ID Number correctly will result in rejection of your application.
5. Complete the programme option (Diploma) for the final step
Applications are to be submitted online by the deadline of December 19, 2020.
