BMEN 707: Advanced Bioinformatics

This course will focus on the application of existing bioinformatics algorithms and tools for the analysis of protein and DNA metadata existing in biological databases. The course content will demonstrate how the tools and algorithms are used for genomics, molecular genetics, proteomics, biomolecular networks and pathway analysis.
