Review Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) as well as biosafety and bioethics. Biosafety and bioethical issues in Ghana and the world at large will be discussed. Ethical controversies brought about by advances in biology and medicine and the questions that arise in the relationships among disciplines will also be discussed.
