Registration of Courses in Preparation for University Examinations for First Semester 2018-2019

Starting October 23, 2018 - Ending October 23, 2019 Expired

The First Semester 2018-2019 Examinations for regular students have been scheduled between the period Saturday, November 24 to Friday, December 21, 2018. (Continuing, Level 100 and Supplementary Examinations).

Candidates who do not have registration for the Semester’s courses will be barred from taking part in the examinations. Such candidates, even if they show up at any Examinations Centre, will not be allowed to write the examinations.

Candidates are reminded that Section 10.1 of the Regulations Governing University Examinations provides as follows:  “A candidate for a University Examination must have followed the approved course as a regular student over the required period and must have registered for the examination”.

Candidates should therefore ensure that all courses they are taking appear on their MIS Webpage.  A proof of registration to that effect should be printed.

To assist students with genuine cases of missing courses from their proof of registration, Management has decided to open up the registration portal from Tuesday, 23rd to Wednesday, 31st October 2018 to enable registration for courses (excluding re-sits and UGRC courses). Students are to note that beyond this period, no registration issues will be entertained.

Yours faithfully,
