Notice from the Academic Affairs Directorate: General Amnesty Students

First Semester, 2021/2022 Teaching & Examinations

All currently registered General Amnesty students are to note:

1. Take the time to review student services and requirements:

UG Students Information     https://www.ug.edu.gh/students/

2. Verify registered courses and print out proof of registration from MIS Web for records. Contact relevant College Academic Office to rectify any issues observed:

3. Visit the End User Support Office on the ground floor of UGCS to access your UG student email address, SAKAI LMS and other online services needed.
4. Visit the relevant Department(s)/Learning Centre for the teaching timetable and join ongoing lectures with current students. The assigned campus remains unchanged.
5. Contact the Head of Department or Departmental Examinations Officer for the equivalent course(s) to join if course(s) is/are not on the timetable.
6. Print provisional ID from the online portal for Examinations and other purposes:

7. Interim Assessments and End of Semester Examinations should be taken alongside current students on the original campus.
