January 2022 Virtual Congregation Ceremony for Graduands on Supplementary Pass Lists

University of Ghana announces that a virtual Congregation Ceremony will be held for students who completed their programmes of study during the 2020/2021 academic year in all Colleges and the School of Graduate Studies, but were on the supplementary pass lists, and thus, were unable to join the congregation ceremonies held from Tuesday, 11^th January to Saturday, 15^th January 2022.

The list of graduands in this supplementary group to be presented in the above-mentioned Congregation Ceremony is available on the online congregation registration portal: Graduation (ug.edu.gh) on the University’s website.

Graduands in the supplementary group who wish to be presented during the Congregation Ceremonies are required to take note of the following:

1. Ensure that all outstanding financial obligations to the University have been fulfilled.
2. Register for the Ceremony on the online congregation registration portal. Registration is ongoing and will end on Sunday, January 30, 2022.
3. Graduands are required to pay a graduation fee of GH₵250.00.
4. Payment may be made through Mobile Money, Visa/MasterCard enabled Debit/Credit cards on the congregation registration portal.
5. Gown and Certificate collection may be undertaken at the relevant collection points:

6. Respective College Academic Officers may be contacted to resolve any issues in this regard.

Interested graduands are encouraged to register before the deadline indicated above to be presented during the virtual congregation ceremony.
