JANUARY 2022 CONGREGATION CEREMONY REGISTRATION
- Registration Deadlines:
The deadline for graduands online registration for the physical congregation ceremony for postgraduate students has been extended to Sunday, 9th January 2022 at 11:59pm.
The deadline for undergraduate students’ online registration for the virtual congregation ceremony, however, remains today, Thursday 6th January 2022 at 11:59pm. This is to enable technical arrangements to be made regarding the virtual congregation ceremonies online.
- Omissions from the Online Registration List
Final year students eligible to graduate whose names are currently missing from the online list for registration for the Congregation Ceremony are to note that due to time constraints, outstanding names will be processed promptly and published as supplementary pass lists as soon as the necessary administrative quality assurance processes are undertaken. Such students may pick up their certificates afterwards when this process is complete. A separate virtual graduation ceremony will be performed for those on the supplementary pass lists.
Final year students affected in this regard are implored to bear with the University as outstanding graduation issues are resolved.
