Management of the University has noted with concern the rise of COVID-19 infections within the University community, as well as within the general public.
As the 2021/2022 Academic Year starts, Management is mindful of vaccine mandates being discussed at the national level, and therefore encourages all students and staff to present themselves for COVID-19 vaccinations and to continue to observe COVID-19 prevention protocols at all times.
Students seeking accommodation in halls of residence and hostels on campus are particularly urged to get vaccinated ahead of the expected national vaccination mandate.
