                                    IMPORTANT NOTICE

COLLECTION AND RETURN OF GOWNS BY GRADUATING STUDENTS FROM THE SCHOOL OF GRADUATE STUDIES

 

All graduate students who have paid and registered for the January, 2022 congregation are reminded to collect their academic gowns starting from Wednesday, January 6, 2022 at the following locations:

 

PROGRAMME

LOCATION

1

Masters and PhD graduating students from UGBS

2nd Floor of the Graduate campus of UGBS, Near the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA)

2

All other Masters and PhD graduating students

School of Graduate Studies, Near the School of Nursing

 

All graduands are meanwhile reminded that gowns must be returned to the University at the collection point by Wednesday, January 19, 2022.

Please note that failure to return a gown within the stipulated time will attract a penalty.
