Capacity-Building Workshop on Conceptual, Measurement, and Policy Issues Relating to Time and Consumption Poverty and Women’s Economic Empowerment

The Department of Economics in collaboration with the Levy Economics Institute, Bard College, US will be holding a one-day capacity-building workshop on measuring consumption and time poverty in March 2023. 

The workshop is one of the Department's activities to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the University of Ghana. 

The purpose of this workshop is to engage with fellow economists to enhance capacity building in research and teaching of gender-sensitive economic analysis, with a focus on women’s economic empowerment and time use.
