The progression of our nation hinges upon the augmentation and modernization of agriculture, ensuring an abundance of food for our populace and for export to global markets. Our undergraduate and graduate programs are meticulously designed to develop engineers who will ardently confront the challenges of food insecurity head-on.

The Department's motto, 'We engineer the entire agricultural value chain', epitomizes our commitment to equipping our students to mitigate food losses by optimizing the value chain, thus reducing the struggles associated with agricultural production.
