AREN 632: Storage and Preservation of Perishable Agricultural Commodities

This course introduces students to the processes and techniques used for the preservation of perishable agricultural commodities. The ability to preserve perishable agricultural commodity is significantly affected by both pre and post-harvest activities on and off the farm. This course therefore gives a detailed knowledge of how to regulate all activities along the value chain to ensure an efficient commodity preservation regime.
