AREN 628: Advanced Commodity Drying

This course aims to equip students with the science required to efficiently conduct a commodity specific drying process. The student will therefore examine the various reasons for agricultural commodity drying and how to vary process parameters to achieve efficient commodity drying. Mathematical models and Computer Aided Design systems used in industrial setups will also be introduced to students.
