AREN 624: Refrigeration Design And Cold Chain Management

This course deals with the practical design and operations of cold chain systems. The students will therefore be taken through the various steps and conditions necessary for the design of a cold chain system and how to manage commodity specific systems. Mathematical models and Computer Aided Design (CAD) systems will be used to simulate operations to enable students better appreciate concepts.
