AREN 602: Measuring Techniques in Engineering

The focus of this course will be to enable students have understanding of sensing elements, signal conditioning, recording and analysis and specialized measurement systems. Students will have knowledge in flow measurement systems, pneumatic measurement systems, heat transfer effect in measurement systems, optical measurement systems and ultrasonic measurement systems.  Data acquisition and telemetry systems will also be introduced to students while they learn the use of the dynamometer.
