Profile
Dr. Edward Ebo Onumah is a Senior lecturer at the Department of Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness, University of Ghana. He holds a Degree of Doctor of Agricultural Sciences with a specialty in Agricultural Economics from Georg-August University of Göttingen, Germany. He has good understanding of Production Economics, Management of Production Risk associated with Agriculture, Business Economics, Microfinance Investigation, and Project appraisal; Climate Change Analysis. Dr. Edward Ebo Onumah has strong analytical and conceptual skills and has consulted for a number of both local and international organization including: Local (Soil Research Institute; Technoserve, Ghana; Ministry of Food and Agriculture) and International (International Water Management Institute (IWMI); German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ); Institute of Development Studies (IDS), University of Sussex; The Netherlands Organization for Scientific Research (NWO). Dr. Edward Ebo Onumah has also been consulting as Resource Person for the Annual Post Budget Workshop for Members of Parliament of Ghana since 2013 to date. He has over 45 International Journal Publications and Conference Papers.

My research interest include the following: Productivity and efficiency analysis, agricultural production risk and uncertainty; food security investigation; microfinance and poverty analysis; economics of aquaculture and fisheries investigation; and agricultural trade and market analysis.
