Make and Track Requests to PDMSD

DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT?

Please follow the following steps:

1. Send an email to the appropriate email address as indicated below:

• For General PDMSD issues, please send email to rt-pdmsd@noc.ug.edu.gh
• For Electrical issues, please send email to rt-electricals@noc.ug.edu.gh
• For Housing issues, please send email to rt-housing@noc.ug.edu.gh
• For Environmental and Health issues, please send email to rt-enh@noc.ug.edu.gh
• For Water abd Sewage issues, please send email to rt-wns@noc.ug.edu.gh

2. Upon sending an email request to PDMSD , an automated response will be sent your email. This will include the following details:

• Your ticket number
• Your username
• Your password
• A link to the login portal of the request tracker

3. Use the sent credentials to login into the portal and track your request using the ticket number.
