THEA 617 (APPLIED THEATRE): Creative Dramatics

This is an advanced course in creative drama with emphasis on the philosophy and techniques of guided drama for children

in which they are offered the opportunity to practise democratic ideas through role-play, improvisational drama, games, etc,

in order to measure themselves against others. This creative expression makes it possible for students to re-orient themselves

about more humanistic approaches to education and adjust to the changing trends in the world of development. Students undertake

projects in educational institutions under faculty supervision.
