THEA 606 (Special Area Core): Writing Laboratory

This is a course in writing about performance in a variety of formats including reviews,

interviews, feature articles, and critical essays. It covers various approaches to writing

about the theatre and performance, including the works of major theatre critics and theoreticians.

Students will develop observation skills needed to address the problems and challenges of writing about performance and plays.
