Dalex Finance Donates Towards 20 For ’20 Campaign

A delegation from Dalex Finance has donated Twenty Thousand Ghana Cedis (GHs 20,000.00) towards the 20 for ’20 Campaign, a fund-raising initiative instituted by the Office of Institutional Advancement.

In his introductory remarks, Professor Robert Ebo Hinson, Acting Director, Office of Institutional Advancement, expressed appreciation to Dalex Finance for the donation and advocated stronger ties between the two institutions for mutual benefits.

In brief remarks, Mr. Richard Obeng Dwamena, Head of Finance, Dalex Finance, stressed the importance of research which has enabled Dalex to emerge as a strong institution in this period of turbulence when other businesses are experiencing operational challenges. He noted that Dalex Finance was glad to support the research fund of University of Ghana because of the great impact research has in other parts of the world; adding that the University has their full support in the area of research. He further called on other corporate institutions to support the University in its endeavours.

In his closing remarks, Prof. Dan Ofori, Director, Academic Quality Assurance Unit (AQAU), expressed immense appreciation to Dalex Finance for their responsive attitude towards research.
