Mrs. Uju Miriam Anaedu-Okoye was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009 and currently positioned as Legal Officer, Research. She holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the Faculty of Law, Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu, Nigeria.

Mrs. Anaedu-Okoye has extensive knowledge in issues on corporate governance, commercial transactions, research projects and policy analysis. She has worked on legal recovery matters for several banks and financial institutions in Nigeria and commercially in Ghana with very favourable results. She has served Boards as company secretary, as well as business and corporate adviser.

Mrs. Anaedu-Okoye has an impressive background in drafting agreements, mortgages, assignments and other security documents for financial institutions and corporate organizations. Her areas of practice include  policy analysis and drafting, research and transaction due diligence, corporate support, company secretarial and business advisory services.
