| | News Release: University of Ghana Signs Book of Condolence |    | | |  On July 31, 2012, the Acting Chairman of the University Council, Prof. John Hyde, and the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Ernest Aryeetey, signed the Book of Condolence in memory of the late President, Prof. J. E. A. Mills, on behalf of the University of Ghana at the State House, Accra. They were accompanied by the Pro Vice-Chancellor for Academic and Student Affairs, Prof. E.
