The Regional Institute for Population Studies (RIPS), University of Ghana (UG) is seeking well motivated and industrious candidates from Africa for its M. Phil. and PhD programs on Climate Change Adaptation Research and Training Capacity for Development (CCARTCD). This program is under the African Adaptation Research Centre (AARC) initiative of the International Development Research Centre (IDRC), Canada. Successful candidates will receive funding for the entire duration of the program. PhD candidates will be sponsored to a University in North America for a period of 10 months for mentoring as part of the program. The successful researcher will receive funding for the entire duration of stay at RIPS. While here the researcher is expected to be involved in graduate student mentoring and grant writing. This program is under the African Adaptation Research Centre (AARC) initiative with funding from the International Development Research Centre (IDRC), Canada.
