| | Distribution of National Identity Cards |    | | | The National Identification Authority (NIA) informs the University community that it will resume the distribution of the National ID Cards from Wednesday, August 22, 2012 to Friday, August 24, 2012 in the Great Hall, Registry. The time for the exercise is 10.00 a.m to 4.00 p.m. of each day.
This information goes only to those who registered for the National ID Cards at the Registry and Commonwealth Hall. Employees are required to bring along their collection slip or any of the following: Passport, Drivers’ License, Voter ID, NHIS card, etc.
Those who registered at other locations will be catered for in another exercise. Details will be published as soon as they are made available to us.
Employees who have not as yet registered are also invited to present themselves with any of the above-mentioned identification documents for registration.
