Towards the modernisation and improved efficiency of service delivery at the University of Ghana, the University proposes to undertake a number of projects and business ventures aimed primarily at providing improved services to its community and also at generating significant income for the University.

This announcement invites business entities that are interested in partnering with the University of Ghana in any of the specified areas to express interest in such a venture. All business partnerships that will be developed under this framework or call will be implemented through University of Ghana Enterprises Limited (UGEL), a limited liability company owned by the University of Ghana.

Areas of venture include the following:

  • Development of a Sports Stadium
  • Development of asphalted Toll-Roads and Car Parks
  • Development of a Public Transport System
  • Development of a Shopping Arcade/Mall
  • Staff Housing
  • Modern Hospital
  • Medical Diagnostic Centre
  • Rehabilitation of Residential Hall Dining Facilities and the Central Cafeteria
