| | National Research Dissemination and Policy Dialogue |    | | | The Centre for Gender Studies and Advocacy (CEGENSA) at the University of Ghana has for the past three years been executing a Research Project on Changes in Women’s Work in Ghana, particularly in the banking and domestic sectors. The findings suggest that a number of changes have occurred in the workplaces which have serious implications for the conditions of work in the two sectors.
The findings will be shared with stakeholders and the public to promote policy dialogue and action on promoting optimum conditions in the workplace and in the lives of workers in general and women workers in particular. This will take place as follows:
