University of Ghana Congregation: March 2012pdf print preview print preview
 
The University of Ghana announces that it will hold another Congregation ceremony for students who successfully completed their programmes during the 2010/2011 academic year. The Congregation is scheduled to take place on Saturday, March 10, 2012 for the following Faculties and Graduate School:
  • Faculty of Arts
  • Faculty of Social Sciences
  • School of Graduate Studies (excluding graduands from the College of Health Science)
Accordingly, students who completed their programmes in June 2011 from these Faculties and Graduate School and who wish to be presented during the March 2012 ceremony are required to register before the closing date of Thursday, March 8, 2012.
Only those who would have registered by this date will be presented. No registration will be permitted after this date.

HOW TO REGISTER
Graduands are required to follow the steps(1-3) below to register on-line:
  1. Click HERE to display the Graduation Registration page.

  2. Log-in with your Student Index Number to complete the registration process, IF YOU HAVE SETTLED ALL YOUR FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS TO THE UNIVERSITY.

  3. IF YOU OWE THE UNIVERSITY, FOLLOW STEP (2) TO MAKE PAYMENT BEFORE YOU CAN COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS.
