The College of Health Sciences of the University has held its 7th Congregation on the Legon campus to graduate about 647 newly qualified Medical Doctors, Dental Surgeons, Graduate Nurses, Medical Laboratory Scientists, Physiotherapists as well as other health practitioners and paramedics.

In collaboration with the University, the Mo Ibrahim Foundation has held a Public lecture on the topic" Reclaiming good governance: recasting the governance debate around civil society" at the R.S. Amegashie Auditorium, University of Ghana Business School. The lecture was attended by a large number of students of the university and other distinguished personalities.
