The second in the series of University Management Seminars ended last weekend with a call on participating institutions, collaborators in the field of higher education and government to step up efforts in enhancing the management of information in institutions of higher learning.  

The theme of the seminar was: "Harnessing the Benefits of Management Information in Institutions of Higher Education". Resource persons were drawn from among experts from the Centre for Higher Education Transformation in South Africa, senior officials of the National Accreditation Board (NAB) and the National Council for Tertiary Education (NCTE), experienced Legal practitioners from Ghana as well as Senior Members in the Administrative and Professional grades at the University of Ghana.
Over one hundred and fifty participants made up of senior members (both academic and administrative/professional) from fourteen institutions took part in the seminar.
