| | Vice-Chancellor Receives Official From Monash University |  | | | Prof. Stephanie Fahey, Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice-President of Global Engagement, Monash University, Melbourne Australia recently called on the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Ernest Aryeetey.
Giving a brief presentation of Monash University, Prof. Fahey said the visit was to explore areas of mutual collaboration, including introduction of short-courses to enhance PhD supervision.
In his response, the Vice Chancellor who welcomed the proposal said he was hopeful the collaboration will be of mutual benefit to the two universities. Prof. Adamafio, Dean, International Programmes, who is also an alumna of Monash University, will coordinate the University of Ghana’s relationship with Monash University. Present at the ceremony was Ms. Yvonne Ablorh-Quarcoo, Regional Manager for West Africa of Australian Trade Commission.
The two later exchanged gifts.
