Registration at the International Programmes Office (IPO) for Fresh Regular International Studentspdf print preview print preview
 
Level 100 international students should kindly note that there will be registration at the International Programmes Office from Friday, 16th September, 2011 through to Monday, 26th September, 2011.

Parents who will be accompanying their wards to register should also kindly note that there would be opportunities for you to meet and interact with staff of the International Programmes Office and other parents on each day of the registration period.

The Programme Schedule for the registration period is as follows:
• Friday, 16th September, 2011 (9am-4pm)- Registration
• Friday, 16th September, 2011 (11:00am-11:30am) - Interaction with Parents
• Saturday, 17th September,2011 (9:00am-4:00pm) - Registration
• Saturday, 17th September,2011 (10:30am- 11:00am) - Interaction with Parents
• Sunday, 18th September, 2011 (10:00am-2:00pm) - Registration
• Sunday, 18th September, 2011 (10:30am- 11:00am) - Interaction with Parents
• Monday, 19th September, 2011 (9:00am-4:00pm) – Registration
• Monday, 19th September, 2011 (10:00am-11:00am) – Orientation for Level 100 International Students
• Monday, 19th September, 2011 (11:30am-12noon)- Interaction with Parents

Level 100 international students are required to report at the General Office of the International Programmes Office with the following items:
• Original copy of admission letter
• Photocopy of original admission letter
• Original copy of receipt of school fees payment
• Photocopy of original receipt of school fees payment
• Proof of medical insurance

Detailed Procedure
• Submit admission letter for authentication
• Submit receipts of fee payment to accountant for authentication.
• Show proof of medical insurance
• Fill out IPO form and submit to registration officers at the International Programmes Office.
• Pick up your international students’ handbook
• Sign up for Welcome Durbar ( a get- together) if interested
  Proceed to the IPO computer lab to obtain ID cards and for on-line academic registration
•Obtain university handbooks from your assigned hall of residence
