Promote relevant trans-disciplinary research to address the needs of industry and important national issues

• Provide consultancy to address research challenges
• Culmination and survey of data conducted from field to aid academia research and focus
•  Needs assessment of Industries

Interact with Industry and promote strategic partnerships between University of Ghana research faculty in different disciplines and Industry

• Boost partnership between the University and Faculty
• Aid in proposal for research grants, patents, MOU, NDA and others
• Create an amicable platform for brainstorming ideas and ways to improve research methods

Organize events to showcase technologies developed in the various departments in the University

• Provide a platform for interaction between Industry and Academia through lectures/Industry-Academia series
• Creating opportunities for technology showcase via programs, exhibition, media and television
• Equipping students with practical technology hands on experience 

Enhance academic research through project based research fund raising and facilitate improvement of research facilities in partner departments

• Organizing training and workshops
• Maintenance assessment and provision of chemicals to facilitate laboratory work
• Lobbying for grants and funds to aid research
